Dhruv's eyes locked onto Tara, sharp and unblinking, his voice cutting through the room like a command.

"Strip." 

Tara blinked once, slow and deliberate, as if giving him a chance to correct himself. "...Sorry, kya?" (...Sorry, what?)

Dhruv didn't soften. "Maine kaha strip. Abhi." (I said strip. Now.)

She stared at him for a beat, then leaned back slightly, arms crossing, a slow smile tugging at her lips.

"Oh wow. Toh yeh tumhari personality hai? Bas stare karo aur orders do?" (Oh wow. So this is your personality? Just stare and give orders?)

Dhruv didn't move. Not an inch. "Tara." (Tara.)

Instead of stepping back, she stepped closer — because backing off was never her style.

"Kyun? Tum sochte ho main tumhari soldier hoon? Tum bolo jump aur main kood jaungi ?" (Why? You think I'm your soldier? You say jump and I will jump?)

The air between them tightened, thick with challenge.

Dhruv's jaw flexed, a warning in itself. "Tara, mujhe test mat karo." (Tara, don't test me.)

She let out a short, amused breath — the kind that could start a fight without trying.

"Yahi problem hai tumhari, Dhruv. Tum hamesha sochte ho ki main tumse darungi." (That's your problem, Dhruv. You always assume I'm going to be scared of you.)

She brushed past him, unbothered, like he was just another piece of furniture in her way.

"Maine zindagi mein tumse zyada scary cheezein dekhi hain." (I've seen scarier things in life than you.)

She paused, glancing over her shoulder. "Jaise meri 10th ki math teacher. Woh asli villain thi." (Like my 10th‑grade math teacher. She was the real villain.)

She didn't look back when she delivered the final blow.

"Aur honestly? Tumhara gussa bhi mujhe kisi kutte ke bhonkne ki awaaz lagta hai... jisme himmat kam aur darr zyada hota hai." (And honestly? Even your anger sounds like a dog barking—more fear than courage.)
